Our Reviews

All reviews are based on the following criteria:

 

Food (fresh, hot, taste quality, creativity, adequate portions, prepared as described)

>We will try to always take note of the chips & salsa (which can include queso, guac, bean dip, and the flavor/spice/etc. of any of the things we dip our chips into).

>We will always try a taco and/or an enchilada, and/or a burrito in some capacity.

>We will always try to taste at least one margarita, but usually we'll try and taste several!

>Other considerations: quesadilla, beans & rice, sauces, and any other unique items.

 

Service (attentive, knowledgeable, polite, prompt, accommodating, welcoming)

>Are we treated with respect and offered suggestions or have our questions answered?

>Do things happen timely; chips/salsa, drink order, entrees, plates cleared..?

>Is there a positive attitude received from hostess, bartender, busser, server?

>Were we greeted when we arrived and thanked when we left?

 

Vibe (music, cleanliness, smells, lighting, overall atmosphere)

>If there is a wait, can we get a drink, are given an estimate and checked on?

>Is the music pleasant and at an acceptable volume?

>Are people (customers and employees) smiling and having fun?

>Is the place clean, tables, silverware/glasses, bathrooms, floors?
